Anoushka Luxury want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know in writing within 14 days of your purchase for return. Anoushka Luxury asks that you return goods in the exact same brand new condition that you received them in. Unwanted goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.
It's important that any unwanted product is returned in a re-saleable condition, the products must be returned unworn with all labels and tags left attached within its original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are eligible for a refund, we can only process it with proof of purchase onto the original card or PayPal account used to pay for the goods. As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, Anoushka Luxury will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, due to varying processing times between payment providers.
